Ondine Restaurant, established in 1985, provides contemporary French cuisine complemented by fine wines.

Located in a stone and stucco house overlooking Margerie Lake Reservoir in Danbury, Ondine Restaurant is reminiscent of a French country inn.

The menu is available à la carte, a five course tasting menu, or a four course menu of traditional French country cuisine. On Sundays, a complete family dinner is served at a fixed price.
